  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging    
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned with the product    
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned    
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team    
     
  • Items failing to meet these criteria may be rejected  

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request with Order ID and reason to prismatixtechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com    
     
  • Provide Proof: Attach clear photographs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to expedite processing    
     
  • Follow Instructions: Once approved, detailed steps for completing the return will be provided  

Note: Returns not meeting the above requirements may be declined at our discretion  

Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to verify eligibility    
     
  • You will receive a notification confirming whether the refund is approved or denied    
     
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Partial Refunds  

If a returned item partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
